Road Dataset Project

Challenge

Hema Maps required the services of a geospatial consultancy to help deliver the business-critical project of integrating Hema Maps’ 300,000 km of field-checked roads into a navigable road data set. Upon completion this data set will represent the most accurate data set for both street and four-wheel drive turn-by-turn navigation.

Solution

GIS People provided three GIS technicians to help complete the task, through data entry and quality assurance of data before integration into a GIS.
