Serco Sodexo Defence Services provides on-site solutions to the Australian Defence Force. In order to gain a clear vision of their future GIS strategy and develop a roadmap, they needed to better understand their existing spatial data capabilities and requirements. This led them to look for a highly experienced geospatial solutions company to assist them with the spatial data audit and strategy development.
Solution
Due to our data review and strategy development expertise, GIS People was chosen for the job. We used a team of three highly qualified consultants to conduct a full spatial data review of Serco Sodexo’s GIS capabilities through meetings with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
