PRD Nationwide, one of Australia’s leading real estate franchises, required collection of PDF maps for their franchisees across the country, to give staff and investors a way to easily identify property hotspots. Maps are produced at different intervals, from quarterly to yearly, and show current and future infrastructure development projects across Australia.
Solution
Our unique blend of technical know-how and can-do attitude was precisely what PRD Nationwide were looking for, so GIS People was awarded the project. Our automated mapping system leverages Data Driven Pages in ArcGIS, making subsequent updates a matter of pressing a button. Additional data such as monthly rental yields and sales statistics are included on maps through custom-coded Python scripts.
