Visualising Growth Corridors

Challenge

Aria Property Group required a series of maps to examine property growth corridors. With no existing maps or systems in place, they wanted to be able to better identify and see spatially where the growth corridors were, in order to shortlist areas for land acquisition.

Solution

GIS People provided Aria with easy to understand large-scale maps that included all relevant, useful data sets, including cadastre information, roads, zoning, parks, rivers and other waterways, and environmental data.

Outcomes

• Visual representation of data, easily readable for all staff
